Electronic Records and Signatures Consent
By clicking “I Agree,” creating an account, using the e-signature features, or otherwise choosing to conduct business electronically through RealeContracts, LLC (“RealeContracts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you consent to use electronic records and electronic signatures for your transactions to the extent permitted by law. This consent applies to the Service and to any notices, disclosures, agreements, acknowledgments, approvals, signatures, and other communications we provide electronically through the platform, unless a specific law requires a different form of delivery.
You understand that an electronic signature may be used instead of a handwritten signature, and that your electronic signature is legally binding to the extent permitted by applicable law. You also understand that your intent to sign is required, and that you should only sign documents when you intend to be bound by them.
You agree that:
- You have the hardware and software necessary to access, view, store, download, and print electronic records.
- You can access electronic records in the format we use to deliver them.
- You are responsible for reviewing all documents before signing.
- You may withdraw consent to electronic records and signatures by contacting [email protected], but withdrawal may limit or prevent your ability to use certain features of the Service.
- You may request a paper copy of certain records if required by law, subject to any permitted fees and limitations.
You acknowledge that some documents or transaction types may not be eligible for electronic execution under applicable law, brokerage policy, or transaction-specific requirements. You are responsible for confirming whether an electronic signature is appropriate for each document before use.
If our hardware or software requirements change in a way that could materially affect your ability to access or retain electronic records, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use of the electronic services after notice constitutes reaffirmation of your consent, to the extent permitted by law.
